Black market dealers in Port Oakes are near the Arena, in the open. I think whatever dealer this text is referring to is removed or something, as I have never seen any dealer in Port Oakes until after issue 13. Forkyd 12:24, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

I personally don't remember a Shady Dealer ever being in Port Oakes. I just took Forkyd's word for it. :) -- Agge (talk) 12:38, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

I found him on the 8th December 2008 and added him to the Black Market article on that day with coordinates. Unfortunately, if I remember, he's sort of standing next to a wall and a large building, so superjumpers may miss him. Sera404 01:18, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
