Hi. I just noticed, in the final mission of the "Forging the Blackwand" SA, it has 'Portals (3X)' under notable npcs. I did this mission once, and found..I'd estimate in the 30's or 40's of portals, in, as the article says, random places. Unsure if this is intentional or not...
Also note; The portals spawn Behemoths which can see through all forms of stealth and invisibility, including Hide.

Forging the Blackwand Mission
(PORTALS: For some reason, this mission tends to place Portals in places where they shouldn't be.
