Overview
A rune is a relic of the Legacy Chain. When an unsuspecting villain crosses one, it summons an Animated Stone, 2 Fire Imps, and a Phantasm.
The Eihwaz Runeis found in the the Take_Down_Sea_Witch mission from Lorenz_Ansaldo which awards the Seaweed Badge.
Description
These strange runes glow ominously with unstable mystice energy.
