Issue 13 Details Released

New details about Issue 13: Architect have been released to the public! Among the changes are a new mission creator system, a "day job" system in which your characters will earn bonuses for the players logging out in certain locations, new powersets, including Shields and Pain Domination, new Cimeroran missions, and a new merit rewards system for rewarding more time-consuming activities such as long task forces.

In addition, Positron has written a message that goes into some detail about what we can expect from the new features.
