This is an enhancement in the Celerity set.

Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character. This includes enhancements from other sets with the same stealth effects.

Merit Vendor Purchase The Reward Merit cost of this recipe is 240 Merits.

Effects

Grants Stealth for 120 seconds when used in an instant effect power. If used in a toggle, stealth will last 120 seconds after the toggle is turned off. Range of stealth is 300 feet in PvP, 30 feet in PvE.

Recipe

This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe or by Random Rare Recipe Roll, from another player at Wentworth's or the Black Market, or by trading. It is a rare drop.

This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 influence or infamy per level. This is usually (but not always) much less than you could sell it for at Wentworth's or on the Black Market.
