I don't understand the code used to generate the list of values, but I think it's wrong. Wrong schedule, maybe? I think the to-hit debuff starts at 20.9% at level 30 and goes up to 25.5% at level 50. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Peterpeter (talk • contribs) 01:09, 29 October 2009
- That's correct. The template call for the effects was using "Tohit Debuff" which isn't defined, so it defaulted to schedule A. The correct value was "To Hit Debuff". Should look good now. --Eabrace
