Additional Info, etc.

Some info from the boards, presumably from someone using Surveillance, that probably needs to be added somewhere:

  • Tyrant does feed off of his Olympians. It does not look as if that heals him, however. It boosts toHit and damage, though, and his KB (heh). He stops summoning Olympians if he's brought below 40% of his max HP.

Other info about him:

  • His eyebeam sweep has several unusual debuffs, but only to the following:
    • Blasters
    • Scrappers
    • Brutes
    • Stalkers
    • Khelds
    • Soldiers of Arachnos

These ATs suffer -20% damage, -10% heal, and -10% def for 25s when hit by his beam sweep. The flow lightning deals energy damage, but also applies stacking -resistance to energy damage. That's why standing in it is quite so bad.

(I still think there's another regen mechanic that we're not quite getting, as even when there are no Olympians, and the entire league is visibly pounding on him, he'll suddenly do the "heal myself" animation and his Favor drops and Health goes up.) --Jdsemma 04:48, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

There seems to be a lot of argument as well regarding wether or not dying/hosping has an impact on his Favor (which impacts Regen) or not. Many folks are vehemently denying that hosping has any effect at all due to an examination of his Tyrant's powers... Personally, I don't think his powers alone tell the whole story, nor do I believe it is possible to know what does or doesn't impact Favor simply by watching standard league activity AND actually playing. I think it is too early to call a lot of the arguments and speculations that are going on... and we need to be very careful what we include on this page or put in a disclaimer since some people treat the Wiki as gospel... when clearly it is not and quite often has some measure of conjecture and questionable verbiage about. Just my take. — Pill-37.png Talk · Cont

  • Zeus's Lightning Bolt is a wide-area PBAoE that will summon a Flow Lightning at every affected target's location.
  • Favor of the Well grants +3.5% Regeneration for every percent of his max HP under 40%.
  • Olympian Guards summons a number of Olympian Guards, presumably scaling with nearby leaguemate count.
  • Power of Tartarus will absorb any nearby Olympian Guards and provide buffs for each one.
  • Contrary to the short text, there is no HP benefit in this power.
  • The benefits are as follows, per Guard: +5% Damage, +20% Knockback, +5% ToHit, +1% "resistance to unique," whatever that means.
  • Revoke Guards disables Olympian Guards at and below 40% max HP.
  • Shrink activates at 10% HP, when the trial is effectively completed. Tyrant changes costumes and has only Brawl.

There is NO penalty for using the hospital, at this or any other time in the trial. --GuyPerfect 18:22, 12 June 2012 (UTC)

Light of the Well Bug

I'm uncertain if this has been fixed, or if it's a Working As Intended; but the Lights of the Well level shift do not seem to effect the whole league. From my experience, which was in the initial week of release, the level shift from the defeat of a Light would be like an PBAoE power: Only those nearby are effected, and there is a maximum number of targets. Pets would be included in this figure, so it is possible that even with the lights consistently being brought down, the some League may not be getting all (or any) of the buffs --Ankhani 02:01, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

That is no longer the case. A recent patch made the Lights' power have a 255 target cap that bestows the buff to the whole map. However, an even more recent patch made that power not impact Lore Pets. Hope that answers your questions. — Pill-37.png Talk · Cont 02:45, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
