This contact is the hero-side contact for players to introduce them to Dark Astoria. In doing so the character gets to know Ephram Sha, and Heather Townshend. As it is a single mission entry (still not completed as I write this), it should likely all stay on Captain Nolan's page, rather than move parts to the other contacts. Thoughts?
I'll rerun these when I22 goes live, to confirm. may be a clean spot to break to the other NPCs, needs to be checked carefully.
