Specialist Harrison is a specialist working with M.I.C.I.R., the PPD crime lab.
He is an NPC that can be found in Nova Praetoria. He is located at (-5374, 41, 310). He won't say anything if clicked on, but you may talk to him during the Story Arc "Shrewd Lessons" from the Deputy Assistant of Information.
