Overview
Musculature Total Radial Revamp is one of the Alpha Slot Abilities that can be used with the Alpha Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
For all powers: Increases Damage, Defense Debuff, and Endurance Modification effects by 33% and Immobilization duration by 16.5%, and To Hit Debuff effects by 20%.
One half of these bonuses ignore the effects of enhancement diminishing returns.
This power also applies a Level Shift.
