React: Activate before an allied super is reduced to zero hit points. The ally is not defeated. Instead he has hit points equal to his starting health. All damage being suffered is ignored. Until Mutation readies, the ally has +2 accuracy and inflict 2 additional damage (choose one type) with attacks. When Mutation readies, for 3 actions the super has -2 accuracy and inflicts 2 less damage (of each type) with attacks. Mutation may be used only once per game. |

Editor's Note: In the summer of 2018, an effort was made to locate the official artwork that would have been used for this card. Contacts were made with Alderac Entertainment and Octagraphics.net, but both were unsuccessful. Alderac's backups were stored on hard drives that were incompatible with current equipment, Octagraphics' backups of the layered Photoshop files were on a hard drive that crashed, and the original artist, Bong Dazo, had died just a month earlier, leaving the physical drawings out of reach. |
