A failed assassination on Ms. Liberty was made from the top of this pillar.
Location
The Watcher on the Knoll badge marker is located in the Nerva Archipelago in the Crimson Cove neighborhood. It is located between the feet of the southern hero statue, on top of the plinth.
Its coordinates are (-94, 86, 5730).
Notes
Obtaining this badge unlocks the Juicer Sniper gladiator badge.
