Overview

Villain Alignment Merits are obtained in The Crucible. They can be traded in for Rare IO Sets, Respec Recipes or "Purple" recipes.

Successfully completing a Villain Morality Mission awards the player 50 Reward Merits. In The Crucible, both Inf and Reward Merits can be exchanged for Villain Alignment Merits. Trashcan is the contact; however, any actual exchange is made through the trashcan model behind the contact and not through the contact itself. The exchange rate is either 20 million Inf or 50 Reward Merits for a single Villain Alignment Merit. Villain Alignment Merits can subsequently be exchanged for either a single chosen Recipe or a Reward Roll for several pieces of salvage or for several recipes.

Generally, 1 to 2 Villain Reward Merits can be exchanged for Rare Recipes, 10 Villain Reward Merits can be exchanged for a Respec Recipe, 25 to 35 Villain Reward Merits can be exchanged for Very Rare Recipes, or 1 Villain Reward Merit can be exchanged for a Reward Roll.
