A note that the City of Data categories were obtained using... means... and some of the categories are not meant for public view. While the CoD site hasn't been updated with the latest numbers on test, there are several Going Rogue powers in there and I'm really not keen in showing those to the public too early just because we have the ability to do so. - Looks like you got most of them. I know the current test build has some updated powers in the Praetorians category, but there's not much we can do about that.
