Welcome!

Hello, Taosin, and welcome to the Paragon Wiki! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Feel free to fill out your personal user page so we can get to know you. There is a collection of Userboxes you can easily add there. Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date.

If you need help, ask me on my talk page or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Don't forget to drop by and introduce yourself in the Forum. It will require a separate registration (login and password), but most users use the same username in both places. There's even a RSS Feed, if you're into that.

Also, make sure you take a look at the Help page. There is a lot of preloaded images, missions, and contact info, and what you want to add might already be there.

Again, welcome! - Snorii 13:21, 24 June 2008 (UTC)

Re: Missing mission title

Regarding the "Missing mission title" in Scirocco's arc Hammer of the World, do you mean when you're sent back to Arbiter Daos after taking down Scirocco? Because Talk To missions are... well, considered missions after all. Title would have probably been something like "Return to Arbiter Daos" or something.  :3 Seeing as it's too late for you to doublecheck, I'll run through the second arc sometime on one of my alts and polish it off. Ahhh! (sound of insight being received). It was "Talk to Arbiter Daos" (95% sure), 5 reward merits after that, then the closing brief from Scirocco. In the rush I simply considered it another waypoint. Taosin 22:14, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

Steven Sheridan

You put the Rift mission inside a mission template that multiple contacts use. I removed it and placed it in Steven Sheridan (Praetorian)'s page. ~ AGGE talk/cons 05:03, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

Lol, thanks Agge I was just going to undo it myself and thought I was going crazy! Taosin 05:05, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

Changing old contact pages

Hold up on changing formatting on old (pre-I18) contact pages. They'll just have to be changed again when the new templating is finalized. Less work in the long run. ~ AGGE talk/cons 06:30, 21 September 2010 (UTC)

No worries -- I'm taking a break from editing for now -- work and study just called and want me to pay my debts of time! ;> Taosin 09:26, 21 September 2010 (UTC)

Hiya! When you're editing, you have a tendency to remove {{TOCright}} from the page. This is a template that ParagonWiki has used throughout the wiki for years, to free up space for text to flow naturally on the left. Please refrain from removing this template unless there is reason to. For example, a contact needs their contact information box on the right, so the TOC should be on the left after the overview. If there's nothing that has to be on the right, the TOC should be there (if the TOC is necessary at all). ~ AGGE talk/cons 07:08, 17 March 2011 (UTC)

Thanks Agge, noted and appreciated!Taosin 10:39, 19 March 2011 (UTC)

Super Pack/Heroes and Villains

Just FYI, articles with a parent article (such as Super Pack/Heroes and Villains) automatically include breadcrumbs at the top of the page, below the title of the article. While linking Super Pack was a good addition, linking it because you can get there from other pages doesn't matter since there's already a link right up top to Super Pack. Linking it because it provides more inter-connectivity to the pages is a good thing though! ~ AGGE talk/cons 02:26, 27 June 2012 (UTC)

Ahh cool, thanks Agge. Noticed the breadcrumbs after; and as you say wanted the link for interconnectivity as it's staring at us from the NCsoft marketing and user might just search on that. Taosin 03:22, 27 June 2012 (UTC)

James Harvan

Noticed you uploaded a small contact image... I uploaded two already: Hero and Villain. Feel free to delete or rename files accordingly. Smilies tongue.gifPill-37.png Talk · Cont 04:01, 30 July 2012 (UTC)

Noted, and thx, but how does one get the template to call 'james harvan (villain).jpg'? Are splitting him in two? (Apolgies, thrashing atm) Taosin 08:13, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
I uploaded two images since it appears as though he will be the contact for both the Hero AND Villain side of the 4th chapter of the SSA... but each version of Harvan will be in a different place, so I thought it appropriate to have both backgrounds around. As far as calling the image, I was just about to alter the template to add an Image= parameter to overide the default in the case of an image that may not match the contact name for whatever reason. — Pill-37.png Talk · Cont 11:23, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
Clever clever man! 37 my new fave number. Taosin 12:07, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
