Traditionalist Commando

Overview

The Traditionalist Commando is a NPC ally you can find during the mission Defend the base! from Serpent Drummer (CoH and CoV, levels 35 - 50). He is one of the allies the Traditionalists have sent to help Vanguard repulse the Restructurist Rikti attack on their base.
He will be found fighting a Chief Soldier. Once free, he will follow you and will attack any Rikti in his aggro range.

During my mission, the Traditionalist Commando had Pet class with the correspondant ammount of hit points for his level.

After freeing him, three waves of Rikti will attack him, so it is advisable to wait a bit and take care of them before engaging any other Rikti groups. Nothing will happen if he's defeated.

Not that it matters much, but he conned as +2 (Boss bonus) when he should have as +1 (Pet bonus). The changes are minimal, but be warned that it's a bug.

During the mission he won't say much:

Once free: Reporting: Ready/Willing/Able.

If refound: Tactical Status: Ready. Personal Status: Grateful.

Ambush: Annihilate: Traitors.

Information

The Rikti battle armor is more advanced than any armor found on Earth. It offers the alien invaders protection from most normal kinds of physical attack. Armed with powerful energy weapons, these armored soldiers continue to pose a deadly threath to humans everywhere.
