There are currently two badges in the game with this name. Positron has stated that the Pillbox badge will be renamed in a future release.
Description (Exploration)
Portal Corporation had their main facility here until the Devouring Earth destroyed the area. This forced them to move their headquarters to Peregrine Island.
Description (Accomplishment)
1000 pillboxes have been captured by you, you are truely a Time Bandit.
Location
The Time Bandit Badge is located in the Northwest area of The Hive. The badge can be found in the middle of the road leading north into the abandoned structures, just before it breaks up into the grassy area.
Its coordinates are (1,742, 2, -3,820).
