Matt Stults is a programmer for Paragon Studios, hired sometime in the third quarter of 2008. He was promoted to the title of Technology Lead in January 2010, taking over the position from Vince "Dark Watcher" D’Amelio, who moved on "to work on variety of initiatives throughout the studio".

To the amusement of players on the official forums, The Television generally remains in character in accordance with its game persona, and seems to have started a propaganda war against developer Dr. Aeon, who has responded in kind with various threats and bribes.

It is rumored in the COH community, as well as abroad, that Matt Stults, in real life, smells. (May be incorrectly stated.)
