The Can Man is an NPC in the Vista Plaza neighborhood of Skyway City. He is a crazy homeless guy who found a secret way into a Paragon Protectors base in the Talk to The Can Man to get a secret entrance to the Paragon Protectors' base mission from Gordon Stacy. His coordinates are (351, 0, -6780).
