Overview
Eric Cleaver[1], also known as TheOcho or Moderator 08, was hired in the last quarter of 2008. He started as a generic moderator, and then was promoted to Community Specialist and gained Red Name status on May 11, 2009, choosing TheOcho. He still moderates the Official Forums under Moderator 08, but formal announcements and interaction with the community will be done under TheOcho. This is because TheOcho shows up in Community Digest, but Moderator 08 does not, so that thread-locks and other moderation activities do not flood the digest. TheOcho left Paragon Studios in January of 2011[2].
TheOcho does not have a forum avatar, but Moderator 08 does.
