I bumped into the hero on the left while leaving Outbreak in Paragon City. I looked her up at the time and did not find her on the site, so I figured I would add the info later. Removed. Seer Marino is a 15-19 contact, The Radio is 10-14. I have literally never gotten intro'd to The Radio when doing Seer Marino, and I do Seer Marino's arc on every villain (it's my favorite arc). AGGE talk/cons 16:19, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

This is incorrect. Seer Marino will introduce The Radio as a contact. I got the introduction from her (on 9/11/2011) on a Level 15 villain. After speaking to The Radio, I was given "Steel Outbreak from Lost" as a L15 mission.

Missions

The radio's "Outbreak" story arc will go *at least* as high as level 15 (as of 9/11/2011 on live).
