Move lots to Historical?

As I see it, much of the material in Overview and Server Transfer Discounts should be moved to a Historical section? It reads almost definitively as what "Historical" is. It no longer applies to the current game (etc); but can then be found by those interested.

This focuses the main part on what players need to know now.

Mention should be made (perhaps?) that server discounts sometimes occur during weekly sales and so forth, and to keep an eye on the official announcements/news.

Reading the article as it is now with the all of the dates updating the phases the item has gone through to get it to where it is today, it does read like a Historical section. I have to agree with your take on it, Tao. Alternatively, you could do some heavy editing to remove the "history" feel of the article and simply move some specific comments regarding dates to a Historical section.
