: According to the [http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Number=11417535#Post11417535 original post] ("unlock a permanent costume power"), it should be.  There's nothing in the power /info that indicates otherwise. {{User:StarGeek/sig}} 19:50, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

The article seemed a bit short to include the back side of the card, but I didn't want it to get lost.  {{User:StarGeek/sig}} 19:50, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

To see the ingame info, you can type '''[Freakshow Boss Costume]''', but I now wonder what you would type to see the ingame info for the original Halloween version.  Or it may be possible that this version has completely replaced the Halloween version. {{User:StarGeek/sig}} 19:50, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
