Is this term used exclusively for toggle powers that automatically turn off after a time period (such as the ones mentioned above)? Or is it also used for toggles that turn off after a target runs out of range (such as the Radiation debuff toggles)? Dimension Shift is the prime example of a non-Hybrid cloggle. Heck, it pre-dates Hybrid. ~ AGGE talk/cons 07:58, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
