Overview

Members of the the Tactical Engagement Strike Team (T.E.S.T.) are considered a division of the Praetorian Police Department. Crow says "your average PPD trooper wouldn't have been able to coordinate an attack like that, and whoever the gunslinger is, they wouldn't have used anybody but the best, and that's T.E.S.T.".
