How to Get
To earn the Strikebreaker badge, villains must complete the mission to Bust the Dockworkers Strike assigned by Lorenz Ansaldo. (Levels 20-24)
As a Flashback mission, you must complete "Bust Up the Dockworker's Strike" in the Undesireable (Level 25-29) section.
