Overview
Seer 0511 is an NPC that can be found in Nova Praetoria. According to Warrant, Seer 0511 is a little loopy. She tends to vocalize a lot of the thoughts she picks up, but a directed question at her will result in a swift answer.
She is located at (-4444, 6, 951). She won't say anything if clicked on, but you may talk to her during the Story Arc "Guns and Money" from Warrant.
