Description
This costume will let you dress up as a Praetorian Clockwork at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

This costume is not available during Halloween Events.
Hero-Con 2009
Game codes for this costume power were given out at Hero-Con 2009 in San Jose, CA. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account.
Forum Contests
Starting, in January, 2010, the City of Heroes community developers began to run contests on the "Forum Games" section of the City of Heroes forums. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, these contests were held by Niviene, Avatea, and theOcho. The winners of these contests were given a choice of one of six possible costume codes, including the Praetorian Clockwork costume.
Paragon Market
Finally, this power was available for sale on the Paragon Market for 480 Paragon Points from August 28, 2012, to September 3, 2012.
