Description
You showed Arachnos how tough you were in Paragon City.
How to Get
To earn the Paragon of Vice Badge, you must complete the Defeat all Arachnos Personnel mission from Willy Wheeler.
As a Flashback arc, you must complete the second mission of "There's a Sucker Born Every Minute" in the Malcontent (Level 16-19) section. Note that with that arc, you're doing Willy's non-arc missions as well as the arc, and the badge mission will show up.

Note
The Paragon of Vice badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Penitent of Vice.
