No Vendor Purchase

Overview

Issue 13 brought the Merit Rewards system, where Invention System recipes can be purchased at a Merit Vendor. However, not all recipes can be purchased there. This is a list of recipes that are known to be unavailable for purchase at a Merit Vendor.
