The Council is holding a half dozen influential citizens in an office for ransom. You need to save those citizens from their Council captors. Hurry, before it's too late!
Mission Acceptance
The Council has been known to brainwash abductees into doing its will. You had better get those people out, and quickly.
Unnecessary Solicitation
Get those citizens out of there before the Council gets nasty.
