Briefing

The Tsoo and the Warriors have been meeting all over the city for the last few days. The strange thing is that we haven't seen any violence. Those groups are planning something, and I want to find out what. I need you to investigate the meetings between the Warriors and the Tsoo.

Be ready for anything in there.

You hear the sounds and scuffles of combat, but they lack any real urgency.

	Tournament invitation
	This spartan note is an invitation to a tournament between the members of the Warriors and the Tsoo. It lists several locations and times, including an island known to be occupied by the Warriors. It states that the prize is a treatise on hand to hand combat written by Alexander the Great.

Debriefing

Breaking up that tournament probably saved lives in the end. Neither the Tsoo nor the Warriors really know how to lose gracefully. The real shame is that they couldn't put their strenght to better use, like you do. So, just in case no one's said it recently, thank you. On behalf of all Paragon City, thank you.
