This is the spot in Kings Row of a famous bloodbath where the Marcone made a vicious power play against the Verandi.

Location

The King Maker Badge is obtained in a Mayhem Mission assigned in Cap Au Diable that takes place in Kings Row.

Its coordinates are (-252, -42, -2515).
