Overview

Base damage from all damage-adding Proc Invention Origin Enhancements is identical. The base damage amount is affected by one thing: the character's Combat Level. It is not affected by his Archetype or by the level of the IO.

The actual amount of damage delivered also ignores damage Buff/Debuffs, but is affected normally by the target's Resistances.

Regular Damage Procs are 0.67 scale of the temporary power modifer, Purple Procs are 1.0 scale of the same. Purple Procs do ~1.49 times the damage of the table below.
