Crafting Invention: Accuracy or Invention: To Hit enhancements counts toward the Major (level 10), Lt. Colonel (levels 15 and 20), Colonel (levels 25 or 30), Major General (levels 35 and 40), and General (levels 45 and 50) badges.
Crafting enhancements counts toward the Artisan (50 inventions), Master Artisan (100), Craftsman (500), Master Craftsman (1,000), and Fabricator (10,000) badges.
