The Fortune Teller is a Lieutenant of the Mystics faciton.
The Fortune Teller is in need of rescue in the Spelunker Badge mission. There are several names that refer to this charcter.
Description
If allowed to remain in the hands of the Circle, it's very likely this fortune teller could be forced to give up information that would bring Paragon City to ruin. She has a reputation for for extremely accurate predictions.
