Dr. Boyce Boyd is from the Retrieve Dr. Boyd police band tuner mission. Dr. Boyd is a cyberneticist with an odd grasp of reality. His elder brother is Dr. Bruce Boyd of the Firebase Zulu section of the Shadow Shard.
His faction is Hapless Citizen and he is a Captive.
