Colonel Barry Woodhouse is a Store NPC in the DMZ neighborhood of the Rikti Crash Site. He doesn't sell inspirations or enhancements and will only buy enhancments. His coordinates are (-319.5, 0, -336.5). He works for Military Intelligence and is gathering info on the Rikti activities.
