Description
This device was invented by Positron, specifically to interfere with the signals the Clockwork King uses to animate his minions. this is the prototype model, and has only one shot.
How to Get
This power is granted to the team leader upon accepting the Run a patrol in Steel Canyon mission in the Synapse Task Force.
