Overview
The Carnival of War is a circus-based faction who are aligned with the Resistance in Praetoria. They are a faction of the Carnival of Light which believes that immediate action must be taken against the Talons of Vengeance no matter the cost, rather than building up Carnival forces for an overwhelming assault, and they have pulled in what remains of various broken groups including the Praetorian versions of the Midnight Squad and the Legacy Chain.
Their Primal Earth mirror is the Carnival of Shadows.
