Description
You have a Base Transport beacon. It will allow you to return to your base from any location. It is usable once every 30 minutes.
If your Supergroup belongs to a Coalition, you may teleport to any base within that Coalition. This power takes a long time to activate, and is interruptable.
How to Get
This power can be obtained as a Veteran Reward on a permanent basis. If you have an account that has been active for twenty-four or more months, you can choose this power as a reward for each character on that account.
