How to Get

For Praetorians:

Read all of Rothstein's dialogue in the Praetorian tutorial.

For Heroes/Villains:

Read Prometheus' dialogue.

Location

Rothstein is located in the mission room down the ramp where the the ghouls are. You must help clean out the ghouls before Rothstein will talk to you.

Prometheus can be found in Ouroboros.

  • This badge was made available to heroes and villains with the June 28, 2011 patch.
