Overview
Assault Partial Core Graft is one of the Hybrid Slot Abilities that can be used with the Hybrid Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
While active, this power gives all of your damaging powers a 40% chance to boost your damage for a short period of time. This boost can stack up to 3 times.
This power gives also gives all of your damaging powers a moderate chance to strike again for a small portion of their damage in Smashing damage.
Equipping this Hybrid power grants a passive boost to Damage at all times.
