3K Kelvin is an Elite Boss working for the Hellions.
Villains can find him on the Defeat 3K Kelvin and guards mission from Billie Heck for levels 5-9.
Villains can find him on the Seek revenge for Darrin Wade mission from Darrin Wade for levels 25-29 as a captive needing to be rescued.
Description
3K Kelvin is a heavy hitter for the Hellions in Paragon City. He is often called in to deal with problems of the Hellions, using his fire mastery to burn his enemies to cinders.
