Overview
The Will to Win plaque is a plaque contained in the Rikti War Zone co-op zone. It is not currently associated with any known history badge.
Inscription
[The words on this plaque are barely legible] 'It is fatal to enter any war without the will to win it.' General Douglas MacArthur.
Location
This plaque can be found south of the downed ship. (This one is extremely difficult to reach. It is on a wall immediately next to one of the Rikti pylons. You'll probably need to take out the pylon or else have Phase Shift to get to it.)
Its coordinates are (2689, -194.1, -4275.5).
