Location
The Foggy Badge is in The Gaspee neighborhood of Founders' Falls. It is located by a fountain in front (east) of a tall building 100 yards south of The Gaspee marker.
Its coordinates are (968, 0, 2,621).
Please be aware that there are usually enemies near where the badge is located.
