The Reapers seem to be the only normal humans among the ranks of doctor Vahzilok´s reanimated legions. They are trained surgeons who collect body parts with the help of poison darts and industrial strenght hacksaws.

Dart Gun Ranged Lethal, -Recharge, -Speed
Fires a Poison Dart that can slow a target's recharge and movement speed.
Bonesaw Melee Lethal, Medium damage
Saw through flesh and bone.
