Paragon's large cat population first attracted Sleepy to the City of Heroes, where she first appeared in the (server here, might be champion or liberty) dimension's Atlas Park. ... often seen sleeping in sunny spots in Atlas Park ... eventually asked to Head up the Guardian dimension's version of the Legion of Catgirls.
