Commander of the PPD Powers Division

Praetor White claims the title of Commander of the Praetoria Police's Powers Division, the 'Power Police'. As leader of the Praetoria Police department's Powers Division, he helps train all the new hopefuls. In doing so, he has the greenhorns fight amongst themselves to establish rank. It is strongly encouraged to challenge others, especially your superiors. Because of this the streets are full of green Powers Division recruits trying to get a leg up. Known as Marauder during the darkest days of the Hamidon Wars, White is well known throughout the city and respected as much as he is feared.

Praetor White looks at you beneath his glasses, cracking his neck.

Character, heard a lot of things about you. Don't go getting all cocky just 'cause you took down some member of the Resistance. You're talkin' to the guy who fought durin' the Hamidon Wars, so I ain't impressed hearin' that someone took down a stupid idealist who could use a gun.

But you got my attention, so that means something - for now.

You got some spark in you, even if you're still on the same level as most of the super-powered dogs here in Praetoria. Me? I'm the Top Dog, I keep all the other powered dogs in line.

You wanna get noticed, you break yourself away from the pack and join mine. That what you're trying to do, Character?

I see a lotta ambition in you, Character, but that ain't gonna give you a free pass into my group.

If you really wanna get through the Powers Division though, we're gonna have to make sure you've got the skills it takes to stand side by side with us. You think you've got what it takes? 'Cause I ain't got time to babysit any dogs when I could just throw you away.
