Overview
Incandescence Partial Core Invocation is one of the abilities that can be used with the Destiny Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
Activating this power teleports all League members to the targeted location. Foes in the AoE will be knocked back and stunned. All allies will get their Healing Resistance reduced, resulting in more HP healed.
The buffs last for 90 sec.
This power also applies a Incarnate Shift.
